Gourmet cupcakes are the queens of the parties nowadays. And I am a self-confessed consumer. :p Aside from Yumi’s yummy piece of cake, I got to try Marta’s cakes.
Marta’s CakesThis cakehouse is owned and personally managed by Marta Matute.
When I went there last month, same week with Marketman’s visit, the preparation for a boy’s birthday party was on-going. I witnessed the personal touch she gave for the party, no wonder that kids and those young at heart are going here.

Clockwise: chocolate cream frosting, chocolate cupcake, carrot cupcake and iced mocha box (an ice cream cake)These are equally very good. Not too sweetened, I Iike it that way. Well, iced mocha box is a must! :p I also tried one of their childlike shakes:
Strawberry milkshake is pretty good.
