A picture of randomness. Click to enlarge
Yeah, Plurk is blocked across UAE. Hence, I couldn’t exactly relate to what some bloggers-plurkers had written last month. And finally I’m now a plurker and I’m enjoying it (yay!). If there’s a wish, it will be granted (the other form of saying there’s a means if you really want something). Let’s just say that there came a good soul who paved the way to my simple wish. Even if it means that I can only do this at home. And we’re 4 hours behind Philippines time. So most of the Filipino plurkers are in zzzzzz (sleep) state.
Plurking is like microblogging. There is immediate interaction, instant sharing of files, links, etc.. the karma (points) is challenging, but what I like most (well, it serves me that way) is that I can be more personal here. I can just kick on some randomness that I probably cannot do that instant here. Either because it’s too personal as of that moment or it doesn’t qualify as something ‘bloggable’.
It’s my first week in Plurk and I’m surprised with the random things that I plurked so far:
- Last wednesday, I slipped off (again!) so the swollen left foot. But the preceding fall is worse.
- Recently I got a little panicky because I wasn’t able to access my control panel. Heehee. The blood rush.
- My seemingly being so engaged in TFC during weekends. Unbelievable because I’m such a Kapuso back home. I’m now a Kapamilya. That’s another story.
- That I was finally pricked again after over 6 months. Since I came in the Gulf, I never had a facial treatment and dismissed my other monthly/periodic rituals. There are lotsa salons and spas here, but I was just looking for something. Finally I found a Filipina/100% true-blooded Filipino salon to get me back to my old ways in Flawless Center and other vanities. Haha.
Randomness, that is. You can see me/add me in Plurk here.

Plurking sounds exciting. Too bad I can only spare a few minutes here at the office and update my blog. We have yet to purchase a new PC, and maybe then I can start plurking!

It’s fun. Too bad I can only check my plurks at home. Basically, plurking isn’t possible if you’re in UAE. But as I’ve mentioned, if there’s a will, there must be a way.

Hope to see you in Plurk.
Yes, of course we’d be happy to have you in the book club. Members list is actually a work-in-progress. Anyone may join as long as the 8th novel is not yet finished.

My time is now limited. Pasilip-silip nalang sa blog nang iba, kaya “plurking” will only be in my wish list.
BTW, Thanks for tagging me. I’ll answer it the moment I’m able to.

Last year I signed off for at least 2 weeks ’cause I had to concentrate for another certification exams. Miss na nang readers mo (kasama nako dun) ang Sandbox especially the Buhay Buhangin Series.
