What’s inside?

I have been reading from my circle of blogger pals’ pages their being hooked with Twilight and the rest of the books.

I checked from Magrudy’s, my favorite bookstore in UAE, the top books.  I was not surprised to see which ones are in first two spots.  But I was, when I noted that these are under children’s category. Heehee.

readables

I have long been tempted to get a copy.  But when I checked my pending readables, I still have much, ey?  If you’re looking for the Austen novels, no, not there.  I’m reading them in my PDA.  Plus that I’m planning to bring home all the books I’m done with this December.  So that they can rest in the book cabinet-shelf together with the other books and be shared with selected people (Sorry, I only lend to those who can take care of a book)  I am amazed with the readables I’ve accumulated since I came here in January.  It will occupy at least one bag.

However, the thought of it bugged me for more than two weeks.  I am not an impulsive buyer (though I had my share of wasted buys when I was much younger), so I just knew that I had to have it.  Well, I’m sort of like that – when I kept thinking about it for quite a time, it means I must really like it.

I’m holding the red apple, too, since friday.  And I warn you, it’s like eating Pringles:  once you popped, you can’t stop.  It’s irresistible.  I can not put it down.  This is one of the two new reasons why I’m always excited to get off from work.  The other new reason?  To take dinner.   Its’ ramadan, you know.
