Hay naku, I was listening to the link and I was exactly nodding my head to what Gary Granada is saying, i don't know the real deal but yes, give to Ceasar what is due Ceasar. GMA has been into a lot of these types of cases lately, same with ABS-CBN. shengs last blog post..Burger! Buger!

it’s hard to judge on issues like these, when we don’t know the whole story and all the facts. but kayni is right, credit should be given to whoever it is due. and a big firm like GMA should be aware of this, with it dealing with these things a lot of times!

There is nothing black or white here. It's all gray. Twisting logic and using legalistic words to hide a wrongdoing is in all sense not very right.
