I loved this video collections featuring some of our filipino dishes. My favorite really of all is SISIG everywhere, as for the lechon, I only like to eat the skin. Nakakatuwa that someone like Bourdain appreciates and loved our food. Nakakalungkot nga lang na mas kilala ng foreigners ang chinese food. I would like to thank a friend for sharing this link to me.
