Photo Hunt: Utensils

kitchen

These old kitchen utensils are still very useful and are one of the many interesting pieces that you will find in Bale Dutung, Angeles City.

While this huge stone mortar is located near the entrance. I tried lifting it, wow, it’s genuinely heavy.

wow, i love that stone mortar! i haven’t seen one in ages! my lola had one when i was a kid and we used it to prepare “nilupak na saging” and “espasol” during summer break. it was heavy and we had to wear gloves to avoid blisters on our hands.:P
