I photographed these pages from a friend’s showbiz magazine. I can’t believe that she bought one. And would you believe I also bought one of the issues, for Judy Ann and Ryan’s wedding coverage (for the first time in my OFW life. Heehee. )? Guess, what? Until now, I haven’t read it. 
I’m not from their era but whenever Bagets 1 and 2 are shown in Cinema One/Global, I try to watch it over and again.
Remember their famous dance steps and farewell song?
In 2007, it was reported that a reunion would be filmed. But Raymond Lauchengco, one of the original five lead actors, said the film will not be done at all because some members of the cast no longer had the appetite to see it through.

Ako Gwapings pinaka paborito ko tas yung UMD. I still have the scrapbook of gwapings na ginawa ko mismo. Ako rin bumili ng ryan-Judy Ann wedding mags- Yes at star studio.

I belong to the Bagets generation, in fact, Aga Muhlach is my exact age, heheh. Too bad I don’t look like him, though. I also didn’t want a Bagets reunion, medyo iba na mga itsura nila (parang si Aga at Bistek lang ang na-retain ang itsura) hehe

Oh I’m definitely from the Bagets generation. That brings back a lot of memories…esp of great music from Raymond Lauchengco!
Until now, he sings nicely. When I see him on TV, yung younger face nya ang nakikita ko.

Uy, it took me a while dati to understand what baston means. Uso rin dati yung ang tataas ng hair di ba (with the help of spray net)?
I LOVE love bagets!!! because eversince crush ko na si aga haha! he is my forever crush! hihi <3 hmm, generation ko, tabing ilog and tgis!!!

one show i’ll always remember is “Batibot”…lol. I do remember Bagets too.

this is definitely my generation, bagets and when richard gomez was NOT that big a star. was crazy for maricel and williams, omg!!!!
made pila to watch gma supershow but left the pila when someone asked me (and my college buddies) if we belong to any fans club.
the movie that i wont ever forget – although i cannot remember the title – was that movie with nida blanca, maricel soriano, raymond lauchengo and jp de guzman, about sibling jealousy. that movie made me cry a river, a real tear jerker.
a real blast from the past.

Parang naalala ko yung movie na ‘yan ni Nida. Not sure of the title, but I think it’s “Saan Darating ang Umaga”. I saw ages ago. Sana ipalabas sa TFC. I love watching old movies.

Ang TV genaration din kami, but isa sa mga fave ni wifey yung Bagets. We even have their DVDs. In fact, she liked bagets so much that we did a Bagets themed pre nup, whihc was then shown at our wedding. One day soon baka mai-post ko yung video. ;0

Proud to say, Bagets is of my generation. I watched it on the big screen with cousins and continue to watch it on cable when it’s on. Prefer Bagets 1 over 2 though. I even had a casette tape of the soundtrack, loved the songs on it which are now classics.
