The spiral office
The shiny and uniquely shaped building there is the main office of the leading real estate developer in Abu Dhabi. I wonder if they just wanted to be very different from the rest or it has something to do with the symbolism that the shape is representing. Although it has a lot of meanings, I opt to associate the spiral shape with continuity.
This is my entry for this week’s photo hunt (theme: spiral).
it looks like the building is going to roll on its own anytime soon. i wonder if it was hard to do the design and might be even tougher to build it.

now that is a very unusual building. it never ceases to amaze me how architects and engineers could build those visually stunning and unique structures..

This building is by far the most unique building I have ever seen.It’s hard to imagine that people actually are inside.
