The brain of When Harry Met Sally, You’ve Got Mail, Sleepless in Seattle, Julie and Julia and more was such a gift to mankind. I am one of those who admired her natural, unassuming and intelligent writing (though she did wear several hats – journalist, director, novelist, producer).
As we pray and wish that she may rest in peace, however, her influence to the quality thinking and enriching conversations through her works will live forever.
I am among those who would be re-watching When Harry Met Sally which I did watch several times and almost memorized the lines, but always get the feeling that I am seeing and hearing it for the first time. Marathon-ing Nora Ephron’s films probably is majority’s plan this weekend.
RIP Miss Nora Ephron and many thanks for inspiring us with your words.
She’s a great loss but I hope she rests in peace. I love all her works, I even have copies of books and movies too.
parang majority of her movies it stars Meg Ryan right? i like watching You’ve got mail.
And also Tom Hanks.
she knew what a woman wants to see on the silver screen.
