I recently stumbled upon a random envelope in one of my rarely used bags. I suspect that I put in it (last minute) some of the treasured and trivial stuff while I was packing for my first trip to the UAE years ago. I am proud to share that I am one of those who lazily do the unpacking, but I am tight when it comes to holding too many stuff. Afraid that I might trash something insignificant at the moment, but is going to be someday.

Our own version of Sesame Street is and will be one of my biggest favorites forever! Kuya Bodjie, Kuya Mario, Ate Sienna, Pong Pagong, Kikong Matsing, Manang Bola, and the rest of the group: we miss them. I hope a re-mastered DVD or something similar will be produced. I am sure it will be a hit.

I have been often asked for gift suggestions for a person who will be based abroad. I would consistently remark that it should be something practical, handy and useful.
